He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Knight and Annie Knight. He is survived by: his husband David W. Miller; his siblings, Bob White (late Linda), Janice Bealmer (Joe), Kathy Stage (Jim), Rita Burns (David), Mona Wright (Chubby) and Chester Knight (Pam); and his aunts, Ida "Cricket" Walker and Emma Jean Dunlap. He is also survived by parents and siblings and their families, a host of dear friends.
