It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Cockrum (New Albany, Indiana), who passed away on October 23, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert E. Stevens and Marjorie Stevens (Reinhart). She is survived by: her husband Donald J. Cockrum; her children, Michael Scott McCormick, Christopher D. McCormick and Melissa Diane McCormick; and her brother David Stevens. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
