He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles, Sr. Rutkowski and Emma Rutkowski (Lafayette); his wife Charlotte Rutkowski (Bline); and his son Joseph Rutkowski. He is survived by: his children, Allen Rutkowski (Jeannie), Debra Fulton (Marvin), Jackie Carver (Melvin) and Robert Rutkowski, Jr. (Lisa). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
