He is survived by: his wife Carol Dolan Burke; his children, Todd Burke (Maria) and Tara Lentini (Steve); and his grandchildren, Ryan, Jenna, Riley and Addyson.
In lieu of sending flowers, the family would like contributions to go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society: Kentucky and Southern Indiana Chapter: Louisville, KY., Forget-Me-Not Ministries or New Life Christian Mission.
