He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hamilton Sr. and Florence Feallock Newbanks; and his siblings, Arthur "Bud" Newbanks, Elizabeth Geddes (Betty) of Aiken, S. C. and Sarah Newbanks.
He is survived by: his wife Constance Newbanks (Ashley); his children, Amy Newbanks Letke of New Albany, Mark Newbanks (Nigel Ashworth), England and John Newbanks of New Albany; and his grandchildren, William Letke, Kyle Letke, David Newbanks and Sarah Newbanks.
In lieu of flowers, memorials and tributes may be made to Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church.
