It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tomiko Tachiguti McDowell (New Albany, Indiana), who passed away on June 16, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James McDowell; and her siblings, Nomoko Tachiguti, Kazo Tachiguti and Sheich Tachiguti. She is survived by: her daughter Linda Mardis; her grandsons, Roy Mardis and James Mardis; and her friend Susie Elliott.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the SGI Highlands Louisville Buddhist Community Center.
