She was predeceased by: her sister Denise Monyhan. She is survived by: her children, Jillian DeLuna (Chris Thompson) and Zachary DeLuna (Valerie Lewis); her husband Joe DeLuna; her fiancé Chris (Valerie); her granddaughter Josephine; and her siblings, Bill Harold (Sandy) and Theresa Wright. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The family requests that contributions in Vickie's memory be made to Floyd County Animal Rescue League.
