She was predeceased by: her mothers, Della Young Frustorfer Lenhart and Lucy Kindred Young; her son Philip Russell Carter; and her granddaughter Keri Michelle Sorrels (Joseph Stanley Carter). She is survived by: her daughters, Rose Anne Sorrels (Jimmie), Dinah Carter (Scott Reese), Floyds Knobs and Marci Carter-White (Bob); her grandchildren, Jamie Garner, Jayan Eder Thomas (Nathan) and Jaclyn Eder Isaacs (Steven); and her great grandchildren, Noah Garner, Natalie, Jason Thomas, Lucy and Aubrey Isaacs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
