She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Novak and Mary Novak (Mrozinski); her daughter Alice M. Moore; her former husband Harry A. Lewis; and her husband Edward E. Lain.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie L. Lewis (Rusty Williams) of Slidell, LA, Diana L. Stanton (Ray) of LaPorte, IN, Mary A. Kutemeier (Darel) of Niles, MI, Richard A. Lewis (Eilene) of Springville, IN and Charles E. Lewis (Deb) of New Carlisle, IN. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and numerous great-great grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren.
