With solemn reverence, we commemorate Rhonda Lea Touhey of New Carlisle, Indiana, whose life came to an end on July 24, 2025 at the age of 75, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Presston Flemming and Helen Flemming (Knott); her spouse Thomas Charles Touhey; her son-in-law James Powers; and her brother Darrell Flemming.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Powers of New Carlisle and Kevin Luhrsen (Cherie) of South Bend; her grandchildren, Kari (Ryan), Carlie and Haley (Cory); and her great grandchildren, Payson, Elliott, Leorah, Emerson, Carson, Hayden and Mia.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the First Brethren Church (4909 Ironwood Dr, South Bend, IN 46614).
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Rhonda's honor.
