She was predeceased by : her parents, William Garrett and Daisy Garrett (Gaynor); her husband John Troupe; her son Mark Alan Troupe; and her siblings, Geraldine Shepps and William Garrett.

She is survived by : her daughters, Candace Hiler of New Castle and Pamela Campton of New Castle; her grandchildren, Angela Coulson, Rusty Campton (Atysha), Sunshine Hiler, Monica Goen and Jodie Campton; her great grandchildren, Chad, Caleb, Jonathon (Nikki), Jordan, Stormee, Austin, Alissa, Cheyanne, Mashayla, Tristan and Camren; her great great grandchildren, Kennedy, Dawson, Alaina, Lincoln, Ella, Abby, Isla and Elias; her sister Daisy Beck of Harrisburg, PA; and her friend Dr. Randall Fields. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19 and the governor's mandate, face coverings will be required.
