She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Upchurch and Essie Upchurch (Bell); her husband Everett "Duce" Ray Upchurch; her daughter Sandy Young; and her siblings, Edna Upchurch, Edith Ramsey, Eunice Barnes, Ethel Marcum and Ernest Upchurch.
She is survived by: her daughter Diana Pyle; her grandchildren, Tiffani Simerly (Scott), Keith Pyle (Whitney), Joe Pyle (Danielle) and Wesley Young (Rosanna); her great grandchildren, Sady, Madison, Gracie, Dillon, Ella, Alexis, Dom, Ryan and Weston; her great great grandchildren, Jaxson, Navy and Jaidon; and her siblings, Eula VanNote and Elva Nell "Shortie" Brown. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
