He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Lucile Lawson Williams; his wife Vicki Lynn Teel Williams; his brother Kenneth Williams; his mother-in-law Mary Louise Teel; and his sister-in-law Helen Teel.
He is survived by: his sons, Robbie of New Castle and Christopher Williams of New Castle; his grandchildren, Stormy of New Castle and Blaze Williams of New Castle; his father-in-law Jack Teel of New Castle; his siblings, Sharon Wilkinson of New Castle, Billy Williams of Cambridge City, James Williams (Patricia) of New Castle, Robert Williams (Lana) of New Castle, Roger Williams of New Castle and Ronald Williams (Patricia Vanderpool) of New Castle; and his nephew Christopher Williams. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
