She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles H. Simpson and Mattie Irene Simpson (Quillen); her husband Orice Neal; and her grandson Michael Neal. She is survived by : her children, Melinda Nixon (Lonnie) of Springport, Cindy English (John) of Brownsburg, Kim Riley (Chris) of Mooreland and Kelley Neal (Shannon) of Tampa, Florida; her grandchildren, Scott Riley of New Castle, Josh Riley (Sara) of New Castle, Emily Wilson (Brandon) of Mooresville, Kirtland Neal of Savannah, GA, Kevin Neal of Wesley Chapel, FL, Collin Neal of Gibsonton, FL and Connor Neal of Wesley Chapel, FL; her great grandchildren, Lydia, Carter Wilson, Amelia and Hayleigh Riley; and her brother Charles Homer Simpson of Decatur, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
