He was predeceased by: his parents, Quinton Zachary and Carrie Zachary (Jolley); his sister Sandra Stewart; and his brother-in-law Gary Thurston. He is survived by: his daughter Donnelle Bilby (Chris); his grandsons, Brandon Bilby (Sarahi Gaytan), Eric Bilby (Elysa Smith) and Conner Bilby; his great grandchild Leyla Bilby; his siblings, Mike Zachary and Penny Thurston; and also Zack. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
