He was predeceased by : his parents, Lyle R. and Alice F.; his brother Richard Brandt; his nephew Billy Running, Jr.; and his parents-in-law, Linda Tanner, David and Kenneth Tesso.

He is survived by : his husband William "Bill" Tesso; his sisters, Judy Place, Janice Running (William) and Jerri Stevens; his parents-in-law, Nick Tesso (Pam), Darlene Tesso, Mark Tesso (Holly), Jerry Tesso (Amy) and Phillip Tesso; his niece Misty Tesso; and his nephew Mike Tanner. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
