Phillips (New Middletown, Indiana), born in Corydon, Indiana, who passed away on December 17, 2018, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Carl Steen; and her grandparents, James, Willadean Wright and Jewel Steen. She is survived by : her husband Marc N. Phillips; her mother Deanna Wright Brock (William) of New Middletown; and her brother Kevin Steen (Pamela Schmelz) of New Middletown.
