She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Edward and Virginia Mae Stephen (Byroad); and her siblings, Edward, Chuck, Jerry, Marion, Shirley Ann and Kathy.
She is survived by: her husband David Martin; her daughters, Tammy Osman of New Palestine, Ginny Burke (Chad) of Midlothian and Dawn Cooper (Barry) of Las Vegas, Nevada; her siblings, Bill Stephen (Patty) of Danville, Ada Morris (Dick) of Morristown, Juanita Patterson of Chapin, Sandy Houston of Connersville and Nancy Grimes (Kenny) of Gwynneville; and her grandchildren, Ashley DeFrees, Taylor Osman, Rachael Forant, Matthew Osman, Jacob Burke, Nicholas Burke, Devon Cooper and Colton Cooper. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
