He is survived by: his mother-in-law Donna Jean Gregory; his children, Heather Delaney and James Albert Delaney IV; and his siblings, Mike Delaney (Enola Witt), Vicki Williams (Keith), Cathy Wilson (Rob) and Kelly Whittaker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many friends.
