She is survived by : her parents, James Hornsby and Joanna Hornsby of Connersville; her daughters, Jasmine Dawn Lewis of Los Angeles, Brittany Paige Lewis (Nicholas Elliott) of Indianapolis and Abigail Buckley (Connor) of New York; and her brother James H. Hornsby IV (Esi Morgan) of Seattle, Washington. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
