He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kuhn and Wilma Kuhn (Swick); his daughter Kimberly Kuhn; his brother Larry Kuhn; and his nephew Neiel Kuhn.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean Ann Smith; his children, Gregory Kuhn of Harlan and Janna Rennier (Steve) of New Palestine; his grandchildren, Emily Kuhn and Brandon Rennier; and his sister-in-law Juanita Kuhn of Mentone. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
