She was predeceased by : her parents, William S. Huggins and Helen M. Huggins; and her siblings, Patricia "Patty" Ludlow, Helen Worland, Claire "Hootie" Wells and William "Billy" Huggins.
She is survived by : her husband Bill Amburgey of New Palestine; and her children, Dave Amburgey (Debbie Nunnally) of Indianapolis and Dana Amburgey of Indianapolis. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
