It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Maupin of New Palestine, Indiana, who passed away on September 26, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lucy Maupin (Mattingly) and Albert Maupin; his siblings, Bill, Paul, Joseph, Pat, Charles Robert, Louis Bertram and Edna Mae; and his granddaughter Rebecca Rockey.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Maupin (Short); his daughters, Janice Walley (Rawn), Brenda Bullman (Andy), Kathy Rockey (Dave) and Karla Maupin; and his sisters, Veronica Hagan and Margaret Higginbotham. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
