With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Burton of New Whiteland, Indiana, born in Franklin, Indiana, who passed away on November 26, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Burton and Izena Burton (Burton); his parents-in-law, Clifford and Delphia Lawson; and his sister-in-law Rosemary Lawson.

He is survived by : his wife Rhoda Lawson; his daughters, Sarah Burton (Dustin) and Whitney Burton; his siblings, Larry Burton (Arcena), Debra Chandler (Joe) and Ronnie Burton (Cinda); his grandchildren, Jaylee Burton (Thomas), Devin Jones (Alyssa), Dustin Humston, Jr., Delanie Buccos, Brandon Humston, Kenlee Buccos, Khloe Buccos, Brantlee Humston and Evelyn; his brothers-in-law, Ray Lawson (Ruthie) and Randy Lawson (Cindi); and his pet Brian. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
