It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester Cleo Brummett Jr. of Newberry, Indiana, born in Odon, Indiana, who passed away on March 15, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Brummett; and his siblings, Harold Wadsworth, David Brummett, Mary Almeda Byrer, Gleda Ruth Byrer, Patricia Myers, Viola Cox and Vivian Castillo.
He is survived by: his children, Kenton Brummett of Plainville, Ronald Brummett, Phillip Brummett, Sandra Wood of Spencer, Gloria Bough (Danny) of Worthington, Sharon Brummett and Judy Carpenter (Vernon) of Greenfield; and his siblings, Bill Brummett (Pauline) of Odon, Hilda Sue Brown (James) of Washington and Linda Hamlin (Robert) of Bloomfield.
