She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Wendell Eugene Jr. and Donna Sue Carpenter (Toler) of Newberry; her husband Paul Edward Rifner; her daughter Lindsay Steelman (John) of Newberry; her grandchildren, Allison Grace and Emily Faith Steelman; her brother Tim Carpenter of Newberry; her niece Samantha Carpenter of Newberry; her nephew Eli Carpenter of Newberry; and her son Jarad Adam Rifner.
