He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joan Smith, Paul and Irene Kaiser; his great-grandparents, Louise, Ezra Smith Sr., Earl, Velma Sisk, Joseph, Catherine Rumage, Oscar and Clara Kaiser; his uncle Brent Smith; and his cousin Jim Bob Strom.
He is survived by: his sons, Logan Scott Smith and Harrison Kaiser Smith; his parents, Barry "Scott" and Becky Smith; his sister Jerriann Spradley (Nick Gates); his nephews, Rylan Spradley, Mason Spradley, Ashton Gates and Braden Gates; his grandfather Ezra Smith (Gloria); his former wives, Jenny Smith Deu and Lisa Smith Putnam; and his stepsons, Will and Clay Bruce. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and many friends.
