She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Bock" and Jewel Sutton (Fuquay); her husband Artie M. Owen, Jr.; and her sister Joan Erickson-Sutton. She is survived by: her granddaughter Melissa Owen; her children, Chris Owen (Marie), Robin Bowmer (Graham), Leslie Koonce (Jeff), Scott Owen (Becky), Melanie Renner (Chris) and Candace Belter; her grandchildren, Tonya, Jeremy, Kristin, Chris, Shannon, Allison, Ryan, Abbey, Quinn, Brady, Aadra, Chasity, Cynthia, Freddie, Jake and Sarah; and her sister Carolyn West-Sutton. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
