She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Dugan and Hazel Dugan (Fluhrer); her husband Robert Folz; and her siblings, Jeanette Dugan, Hazel Wagner, Anna Mae Hillenbrand, Cecil and Charlie Dugan.

She is survived by: her daughter Cheri Sanders (John Feistel); her grandchildren, Nicole, Heather, Shane and Sanders (Beth Tenison); her great grandchildren, Eli Garrison, Hudson, Harrison and Hayes Thacker; her sister-in-law Betty Nordhaus; and her friends, Jim and Mary Carolyn Wagner. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Linda E. White Hospice House, 611 Harriet Street, Evansville, IN 47710.
