She was predeceased by: her husband Winford Paul Middleton; her parents, Johnson Rowlett Saunders and Hettie Helen Saunders (Gossett); and her siblings, Johnson Rowlett Saunders Jr., Hubert Ray Saunders, Ada Belle Saunders, Gertrude Brooks (Saunders), Lillian Beatrice Brown (Saunders) and Ruth Jean Rhodes (Saunders).
She is survived by: her daughter Susan "Delila" Morishige (Middleton) of Owensboro, KY; and her grandchildren, Naomi Renee Abrams (Morishige), Helen Erika Dowling (Morishige), Rafael P. L., Ramirez, Elisa Ramirez, Jessica Lynn Monroy (Ramirez), Brenda Gail Miller (Mark) of Newburgh, IN, Mathisen H. Miller, Ashley V. Miller, David Wayne Middleton of Owensboro, KY, Cynthia Ann Boone (Mike-Deceased) of Evansville, IN, Kelly Nichole Howard (Kelly) and Joseph Matthew "Matt" Boone (Taylor). She is also survived by 17 Great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
