She is survived by : her sons, Tim Courtney (Paula) and Jeff Courtney (Debbie); her grandchildren, Kyle Courtney (Kelly), Eric Courtney (Angelica), Sam Courtney (Megan) and Kaitlyn Courtney; her great grandchild Liam James Courtney; and her niece Lou Ann Fisher.
