He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Holtz of Newburgh and Wayne Walker (Mitzi) of Boonville, IN; and his sister Helen Walker of Madisonville. He is also survived by four grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and his nieces and nephew.
