We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2018, at the age of 63, Charles Hughes (Newburgh, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Hughes and Melva Imogene Hughes (Stewart); his wife Phyllis Hughes (Wongler); his brother-in-law Anthony Moore; and his nephew Duane Moore.

He is survived by: his siblings, Tim Hughes of Princeton, Jason Hughes of Evansville and Myra Moore of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
