He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Austin Bivens and Madelyn Bivens (Green); his wife Kathy; his children, Thomas W. (Susan), Steve M. (Christy), Justin P. and Jessie A. Bivens; his grandchildren, Adelaide, Drew, Nedalia, Max and Madelyn; his brother Jim Bivens (Linda); and his nieces, Ann and Beth.
