It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Owen Holmes III (Newburgh, Indiana), who passed away on June 7, 2019, at the age of 28, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his pet Peanut; his grandmother Ruth Ann Maier; his parents, David Owen Holmes II and Jill Heuer (John); his brothers, Derrick Holmes and James Heuer; his grandparents, Mary Earlene Dugas, David Owen Holmes I (Marsha) and Marvin Maier; his aunts, Mary Miller (Scott) and Gina Kiefer (Bob); his uncle Ritchie Maier (Annette); his nephew Weston Holmes; and his niece Aurora Holmes. He was also cherished by several cousins and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Accent on Christ Recovery Program, 509 S. Kentucky Avenue, Evansville, IN 47714.
