He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Woodworth and Bertie Blankenship Woodworth; and his siblings-in-law, Vernon Martin and Delores Woodworth. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Ward Woodworth; his son Eric Woodworth (Maria) of Newburgh, Indiana; his grandchildren, Ethan, Sydney and Wyatt; his siblings, Rose Ann Martin of Marysville, Robert Woodworth (Joyce) of Florence, John Woodworth (Janet) of Marysville and Charles Woodworth of Milford Center; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Ward (Evelyn) of North Pole, Alaska and Linda White of Canal Winchester. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
