He is survived by: his wife Nancy Phelps; his children, Pamela Dunville (Donald), Carol Hudson (Kenneth), Julie Mildred Phelps and Steven Baker (Katherine); his stepsons, Jeffrey and Charles Sanders; his grandchildren, Jay Simmons, Amanda Dunville, Sarah Dunville, Kaitlin Harpenau (Matt) and Lauren Baker; his great grandchildren, Tesia Simmons, Dylan Simmons and Max Nickens; and his siblings, Marsha Armstrong, Karen Payne and Kenneth Phelps.
