He is survived by: his wife Anabel Kostelny (Lee); his children, Kristine Chandler (Andy), Karen Greene (Mike), Daniel Kostelny (Kim) and Dale Kostelny (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Jason Chandler (Misti), Samantha Chandler and Cody Greene; and his great grandchild Lucas Chandler.
