He was predeceased by: his parents, Ike Martin and Juanita Enlow (Lewis); and his sister Yvonne Evola. He is survived by: his wife Denice Martin of Newburgh, IN; his children, Jeff Martin of Newburgh, IN and Shelly Cundiff of Newburgh, IN; his grandchildren, Brianna Cundiff of Evansville, IN, Kayley Cundiff of Owensboro, KY and Ashlen Riney of Newburgh, IN; his great grandchild Waylon Crowe of Owensboro, KY; and his nephews, Kerry Evola (Tina) and William Russell Evola.
