He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosalee Sr and Gobel J. Ward, Sr.; his sisters, Theresa Tornatta (Jimmie), Polly Cook and Patsy Ward; his brothers-in-law, Jimmie Ryder and Earl Hooge; and his former wife Wanda Pressley Ward.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Ward; his sons, Scott Ward and Robert Daniels; his stepchildren, Jason Stearsman, Billy Stearsman and Kathleen Duke; and his sisters, Peggy Hooge, Julie Franklin and Rosie Ryder. He is also survived by five granddaughters; five grandsons; seven great-grandchildren.
