With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Jane Cox (Newburgh, Indiana), who passed away on December 16, 2019 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Butterworth and Rosa Butterworth (Fox); her son Steven; and her siblings, Matilda and Dewey.

She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Foster (Dave) of Crawfordsville, IN; and her grandchildren, Jacob Foster (Katie) of Newburgh, IN, Steven Cox, Gwennie Cox and Jenna Williams (Scott). She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Alzheimer's Association.
