We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2021, at the age of 91, Helen Elizabeth Miller of Newburgh, Indiana, born in Vincennes, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Powers and Bertha E. Powers (Ruehrschneck); her husband Robert Cook; and her siblings, Betty Waters, Barbara Polston and Randall Powers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jan Hiser (Gale) of Phoenix, AZ, Cindy Schutz (John) of Newburgh, IN, Tyla Thomas of Hemet, CA, Retta White of Rockport, TX and Diane Lewis (Todd) of Carmel, IN.; her siblings, Audie Vuich of Crown Pointe, IN, Jenny Baiel, Jack Powers of Plymouth, IN, Fred Powers of Vincennes, IN and Ben Powers of Sun City, AZ.; her grandchildren, Ashley Hiser, Jessica Runnels, Emily Essman, Joey Dumes, Steven and Katie Thomas; and her pet Pippin. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
