She was predeceased by: her parents, William Green and Winnie Crowe Green; her husband William Shelburne; her daughter Marla Shelburne; her siblings, Lloyd Green, Virginia Magruder and Gerald Green; and her great grandchild Naoto Ichinose.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Shelburne (Jan) of St. Clairsville and Linda Price (James) of Newburgh; her siblings, Norman Green, Pauline Nalley and Onita Moore (Tom); her grandchildren, Greg Shelburne (Merissa), Jennifer Uhrig, Jason Shelburne, Ken Price (Lisa) and Shannon Hudson (William); and her great grandchildren, Hayden Uhrig, Alex Price, Will Hudson, Hotaru Kiper, Asuka Ichinose, Andre Ichinose and Kayla Ichinose.
