He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Wallace and Pauline Wallace (Bramlett); his wife Nancy Wallace (Decker); and his children, Laura West and Daniel Wallace.
He is survived by: his son Mark Wallace of Evansville, IN; his sister Joan Kaywood (Roy) of Virginia; his grandson Justin Head; his son-in-law Gary West; his niece Jill Garrett; and his nephews, Tim Thompson, Dale Kaywood and Brian Kaywood.
