It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet L. Fleck of Newburgh, Indiana, born in Ottumwa, Iowa, who passed away on June 11, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Andrew and Esther Alberta Yochum (Rush); her husband Norbert E. Fleck; and her siblings, James Yochum, David Yochum, Mary Yarkosky and Marjorie Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Ann Schutte and Carolyn Sue Bennett (Terry); her grandchildren, Shannon Fromme (Jason), Pam Rardin (Dan), Michelle Eickhoff (Scottie), Matthew Schutte (Melissa Wonderlick), Jason Martin (Lindsey) and Josh Martin (Katee Evans); her brother Paul Anthony Yochum; and her great grandchildren, Luke, Tyler, Clay, Xavier, Jade, Sidney, Elwood and April. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethlehem United Church of Christ, 6400 Oak Hill Rd., Evansville, IN 47725 for the Youth Group Mission trips.
