It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jocquelyn Faye Mercer of Newburgh, Indiana, born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on June 2, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Carey and Robbie Louise Darling (Brookes); her husband Liggett Daniel Mercer; her siblings, Sherry Kitzinger, Bobby Carey and Rick Darling; her grandson Andy Long; her great grandchild Theodore Long; and her great great grandchildren, Lilly and Ethan Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Deb Long of Newburgh, IN, Cindy Johnson (J. A.) of Evansville, IN, Lisa Long (Jeff) of Newburgh, IN and Scott Mercer (Cindy) of Evansville, IN; and her brothers, Charles Jerry Carey of Evansville, IN and Donald Darling (Brenda) of Chandler, IN. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.
