He was predeceased by: his parents, John V. Mills and Thelma C. Mills (Mattingly). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Mary Mills; his children, Keith (Misty), Bradley (Marcia), Steven (Ronda), Pamela Cowan (Donald) and Kathryn Robertson (Jere); and his brother John Mills (Dottie). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
