Josephine Caskey Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine Caskey of Newburgh, Indiana, born in Flora, Indiana, who passed away on January 12, 2021 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Josephine Caskey to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Marvell and Nora Marvell (Speight); her husband Duane H. Caskey; her grandchild Haley Caskey; and her siblings, Wanda Mutchman, Mary Esarey, Martha Trader, Elnora Sollman, Charles, Frank, Grover and Ray Marvell.

She is survived by: her children, Cathy Doane (Bobby) of Newburgh, Barbara Wise (Michael) of Vincennes, Stephen Caskey (Cathy) of Oakland City, Barry Caskey (Robin) of Owensville and Nora Faye Caskey-Schmits (Bobby) of Francisco; her grandchildren, Anthony Doane, Alec Doane, Kara, Christopher, Kirk Wise, Miranda Caskey, Maggie Reece and Isaac Schmits; and her sisters, Carolyn Ellerbrook of Patoka and Lucille Pauley of Princeton. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.

Due to state mandated COVID-19 regulations, the number of people inside the church will be limited to 25 to allow for social distancing and masks will be required.
