It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce L. Alexander (Newburgh, Indiana), who passed away on December 2, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James. She is survived by: her children, Michael Alexander of Boonville and Debra Dann of Jacksonville, FL; and her brother James Welty of Scott City, MO. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
