It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Faye Barnett of Newburgh, Indiana, who passed away on December 2, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Owens and Naomi Owens (Matthews); and her daughter Jennifer Dugan. She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Jeffrey (Diane) and Julie Kough (Troy); her son-in-law Sean Dugan; her siblings, Larry Owens (Kathy) and Glenda Webb (Phil); and her grandchildren, Sarah Waters (Stephen), Olivia Beasley (Chris), Allie Raby (Jordan), Jacob Kough, Michael Dugan (Brittany), Kaitlyn McGrail, Patric Dugan, Emily Dugan and Elizabeth Dugan.
